I would be more than happy to guide you individually in your practice, according to your schedule and your desires. I target my sessions depending on your body : areas to stretch, muscles to work on, always finishing with a relaxation part.

I can come to your place and bring the needed equipment in order for you to think only about yourself. In this case, some travel expenses might be added to the session price.
